This is a group for people interested in collaborating on, inspiring, and showing off their zines. Yes, you can contribute art, poetry, original journalism, whatever. Zines are usually xeroxed little DIY publications. We're going to get together at public places and discuss and create! We can also meet for other activities like movies, music, or other fun stuff.

This is a group of women who are exploring, learning and sharing with other women how to use the power of being who they uniquely are. The group is open to all ages and ideologies. Avenues of exploration and expression are voice, drumming, movement, chanting, poetry and sacred ceremonials and rituals.  There is a $10 charge for each meeting to cover the costs of rental and other fees.

The group meets at different south metro locations, and is a combination of group discussion on themes of the craft, writing exercises, sharing of current projects, and writing time. If you are looking for a diverse crowd to help strengthen your writing skills through discussion, to receive peer feedback, share your works-in-progress, and to get some writing done, this is the place for you. All ages, styles, and skill-levels are welcome.
