We will go out to beautiful places in nature and through art, movement, creative writing, image making and poetry develop a deeper connection with ourselves. No experience with the expressive arts is necessary, just an open heart and mind and playful spirit.

Our service is to encourage more people to be and do more in the woodlands of Ireland more often for joy, relief, nourishment and good health for ourselves and the living world around us.
