Introduction: Hi, I'm the Slammaster for Houston Poetry Slam the original Poetry Slam Incorporated poetry slam in Houston. I want to develop a nurturing poetry slam community and give all Houston poets a chance to make the Houston Slam Team and compete nationally.

This is a Christian venue, I spoke with the owner Morris-he is interested in holding a poetry night/comedy night.
(I've been here, the place is nice & the owners are friendly)

I asked him about May 17--12pm...He said there is a networking mixer being held there at 12pm-& our group is welcomed to join if we are interested.

Let me know what you think-he would like to speak with you/me about setting something up.
