What members are saying

 Because it's great!

It's great place to stand in front of a mic and read my own stuff, the group is warm and welcoming. I now have the nerve to try slamming.

“I've written poetry for years but have never been to a poetry slam. I have organized poetry readings many years back and enjoyed the experience. I live in McKinney and am looking for a creative outlet.”
