WOMEN WHO JAM! is an advocate for female performers who are opening
doors and shaping today's music scene. NABFEME Philly is changing and
wants women in the Philadelphia area to know we are her to support,
empower and encourage them with any goals of making their mark in
entertainment and music industry. All artists will be critiqued by
music and entertainment industry commissioners and receive valuable
feedback.


NABFEME is a nonprofit, professional organization led by volunteer
entertainment executives. The mission of NABFEME is to raise the
profile and increase the awareness of Black women in music and
entertainment. We accomplish this mission through activities that
foster empowerment, education, mentoring, career development and
networking opportunities.
