Hi All
We are currently having weekly meetings. Anyone interested, please show up, RSVP if you can. The weekly meetings are working out, and we are having a good time talking about our projects, character and plot developments, and favorite authors. I am looking forward to this week's meeting.
We are encouraging people to solicit reviews for their work. Anyone looking for feedback can email the group asking for volunteers to read their work.
Jessie is my co-organizer now, and she is interested in continuing the Sunday night meetings. We have decided to keep meeting weekly on Sundays at the same location for the time being. We will keep considering alternative venues as suggested. Please feel free to post your suggestions. If you can only make one meeting a month, then great. The structure is very open and we'll be glad to have you.

“ My wife Cheryl and I attended for the first time. The only "veteran" who attended was Mark. Needless to say, the meeting was less-than-dynamic: two newbies and one ongoing member of the group (no reflection on Mark). I guess some members who responded that they would attend, failed to show. Perhaps scheduling meetings on 3-day weekends isn't the best idea. Also, we found the Starbucks location to be very noisy, not conducive to stimulating interchange of ideas. We would prefer a quieter location (there's a Denny's next door to the Starbuck's) and a weekday night. Wish we could be more positive. ” -
