“ It never ceases to amaze me how many wonderful talented poets there are in Central Florida. I enjoyed this night with the Ensemble (we did miss Leslie), But Estelle, Alice , and Bob did a wonderful job of carrying the load. The othe poets that attended made for a great night of Open Mic Peter Godon, was great, Gary Broughman and Joan Hartwig attended all the way from New Smyrna Beach and added some wonderful work. Lainie was her usual self...Charmaine read a poem that was sharing her pearls that just rocked.. Robyn reminded us of World aids day and I found her work- very moving, nena always adds some great poetry this time positive--loved it.. and our feature for next month at Bad ass Wahid ended the night with promise.. Thanks to all who came out! ”
